Refunds & Cancellations Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your participation in the event or the event itself. Here's everything you need to know about refunds and cancellations for WTF - What The Flea :

  • ✅ Stall cancellations will be accepted if notified at least 7 days before the event date.
  • ⏳ All refunds, whether the cancellation is from the participant or the organizer’s side, are processed within 10–14 business working days from the date of cancellation approval.
  • 💰 Advance paid for stall booking will be forfeited as cancellation fees.
  • 📧 To initiate a cancellation, please email us at support@whattheflea.com with your stall ID and booking details.
  • 🚫 No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event.
  • ⚠️ In the event of a force majeure — including natural calamities, weather disruptions, or government restrictions — refunds will not be processed under any circumstances.

Note: Business working days do not include weekends or public holidays.
