Stall Guidelines for What The Flea
To ensure the best experience for both stallholders and visitors, please adhere to the following guidelines:
- 📅 Event Time: The event will run from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Please be sure to keep your stall open during these hours.
- ⏰ Reporting Time: Stallholders must report and be fully set up by 11:00 AM, an hour before the event starts. Late arrivals may not be permitted to set up.
- ⚡ Power and Equipment: Power outlets are limited. Stallholders requiring electricity must notify us in advance. Bring your own extension cords and adapters.
- 🍽️ Food and Beverages: Only approved food and beverage vendors are allowed to sell. Please ensure all food handling complies with health regulations.
- 🚮 Cleanliness: Please keep your stall and the surrounding area clean at all times. Dispose of all waste in the provided bins.
- 🛑 Prohibited Items: The sale of illegal, counterfeit, or inappropriate items is strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in immediate expulsion from the event.
- 👥 Staffing: Each stall must be staffed at all times during the event. Please ensure that your team is punctual and professional.
- 📦 Storage: Limited storage is available, so please bring only the materials necessary for your stall. Larger storage items will need to be arranged in advance.
- 🚚 Parking: Parking is available for stallholders, but spaces are limited. Please park only in designated areas to avoid congestion.
- 📧 Communication: All stallholders will receive event updates and important information via email. Please ensure your contact details are up-to-date.
- 📝 Advance Notification: Any last-minute requirements like additional tables, staff, or special requests must be communicated at least 3 days before the event. We will not entertain last-minute requests.
- We strive to ensure good footfall through promotions and advertisements, but actual crowd turnout can vary and is not guaranteed.
Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in removal from the event without refund.
